"Music One" is an innovative program designed to create positive educational and recreational opportunities through music.

It's vision is to help youth of all ages throughout Rhode Island and it's neighboring communuities to explore and honor thier musical talents and establish thier presence as viable contributors in thier schools, faith-based organizations and communities with the "Power of Positivity".

 

"The Power of Positivity"

The program provides participants with diverse resources including the environment needed to support creative artistic growth, a venue for performances and the guidance necessary to realize thier full talents in the areas of writing, performing and recording original materials.

The program currently engages approximately 100-150 youth of all ages weekly and has engaged a countless number of youth in the past 4 years, developing thier musical talents, which does not only enhance a students educational interest and achievements, but also develops self-confidence, self-esteem and greater pride in community and family relationships.
